American Air Lines

March 29, 2006

We just returned from a wonderful trip on American Air Lines on Monday the 27th of March. We changed planes in Dallas for a Wichita, Ks. flight and had a three hour lay over which we expected. Sitting and waiting for our plane we observed an incident that I thought you should know about. The complaint happened around 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at C15 and they just loaded a plane going to Ft. Lauderdale. I think this should be a good description of the area that I am talking about. I approached

the desk and spoke to a older women with long grey hair. First she ignored me then I ask if it was possible to get on an earlier flight going to Wichita and she said in a very rude manner that if I didn't

want to talk about Ft. Lauderdale she was closing that desk and that was it. We noticed how rude she was so other people asking a question. At one point a man approached her and she wouldn't even look up for awhile and then he ask a question and her answer was so rude that he walked off, and with that she yelled at him and said several things to him and everyone there was just amazed that she would do that. I thought you would like to know first hand what happened. Thank you for allowing me to express my concern. I will say we have been American Air Line members for a long time and have never received actions like the above. In fact we would give them very high marks.

Sincerely,

Lorene
