took jeep to have a transmission rebuilt and installed. Paid for job, w/6 month guarantee. After having the jeep for less than one week gears were not shifting like suppose to, also overdrive kept coming on which is not suppose to if transmission job was done. Had to return to shop for what I thought were just minor adjustments. I had to return to this shop 4 times after that for the same problem. Finally the owner told my husband that he had to send for another transmission and he was upset cause he had to pay for it. Well even after the so called second transmission was installed it still was doing the same

thing, so my husband and i went to a transmission specialist and had him put the jeep on a diagnostic machine which checks the transmission and pinpoints the problem. The results were that a transmission job was never completely done on my jeep, and my husband and i had to pay $1450.00 to get a rebuilt transmission installed and the job done the way it was suppose to be done in the first place. The owner of this other shop showed us the pan which is under the transmission, how dirty it was, it had metal scrapings in the oil, the job was not marked to show that a transmission had

been installed. We would like to take this first shop to small claims court, any suggestions.?
