Subject : Complain regarding G.81391.40.Khakhi Rs 2000/-

Dear Sir I have purchased shoes from outlet at

Kartar Plaza, Near Canal Bridge,

Towards Dugri, Pokhowal Road,

Ludhiana.

Shoes was on sale with 20% off. After 20 days of the purchase I saw the lower soul of the shoe was coming out i went to the outlet and asked for replacement as on the day of purchase of the same the salesman said that there is a gaurantee of six months and warranty of a year on the shoe, but when i was there for replacement they just changed there wordings with me what they said was THE GAURANTEE IS ONLY ON UPPER SOUL NOT ON THE LOWER SO IT WILL ONLY BE REPAIRED. It seemed that once you paid for the product to them and you went out of the outlet, if u come back with a complain you are a enemy for them, they think if they are talking with us in the matter they are doing something great.

Please sir tell me one thing is WOODLAND a road side brand that there is no value for the words or WOODLAND Outlets have to lie for the sale of there products. There can be manufacturing defect i agree with it, but there should be a replacement not repair.

HELP ME OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
