i want to put in a complaint against Ronco Corporation. I ordered a product from them and cancelled it a few days later before it was even shipped out and spoke to Alan. they sent it to me anyway and while i was out it was delivered. my tenant not knowing excepted it and put it by my door. i called Ronco Corp.and spoke to Carlos explained to them what happened. He then put a superviser on the phone and she said because the package wasn't open i would get a full refund back. the shipping was $37.50 which was not credited to my account. the order number is 5835367.
