SanDisk Corp. technical support SanDisk Corp. technical support March 29, 2006 This complaint has nothing to do with the SanDisk product that I bought. I am completely happy with the product, its performance, and the price. However, I have called the technical support portion of SanDisk Corp. and the support I got was less than optimal. The first time it was questions about the SanDisk products. And of everything, the guy didn't even know the release date of one of their products. The second time I called, it seemed that the guy was fumbling through a troubleshooting program. When I asked if rechargable batteries were OK with the SanDisk, he replied that they only support the product. I said that I was simply wanting to know if their PRODUCT would perform as well with rechargeables as alkaline. When I discovered the problem, I informed him. Thinking that maybe he would put it into a comment field for future reference (he certainly didn't know the reason why the speakers didn't work with the product!) Instead, he replied again that maybe I should just take the product back to where I bought it for an exchange. If the product works perfectly well with headphones, WHY WOULD I WANT TO EXCHANGE IT! My experience with the technical support of SanDisk is very troubling. I would expect technical support to be more trained on their products!
