LensCrafters in Livonia Michigan. I just spent the afternoon at LensCrafters getting an eye exam done and selecting new glasses. The whole thing ran about $350. I planned on paying with a check but was rejected by Lenscrafters' check authorization firm "Certegy". The reason given was...insufficient information to authorize. I left the store without paying. I am 46 years old, earn a 6 figure income and have never bounced a check or missed a payment in my life. I'll try D.O.C. Apparently Certegy still has bugs. Ken
