877-329-7842 After being a subscriber for less than one month I terminated faxmicro service. Their requirement for cancellation is using their cancellation form and faxing it to them. In the first place it is almost impossible to find. I logged on to their on-line chat with tech support and was given an incorrect link two times to get the cancellation form. I also asked the tech support to email me the form which was promised but was never received. Frustrated I searched and searched their site until I actually found the form. I filled out the form and "FAXED" it to them as per their requirements. I was billed again and again. I finally got them on the phone with Bank of America and, Faxmicro claimed they never received the form. Lucky for me I faxed it from my fax machine with a call verification time and date stamp which I had to use. After I gave them exact time and date of my fax and assured them I had proof they magically found my form. They assured me they would terminate the service and not bill again which was a lie because the did bill me again. I have since replaced the credit card used with a new one and feel fairly safe that they will not be able to keep billing. Their cancellation of service is not made easy and further more they seem to have a pattern of saying one thing and doing something else differently. I have filed a complaint with the AG in Florida and recommend all past subscribers of Fax micro to do the same.
