Last year around the October-November timeframe I cancelled credit monitoring services with CIC. I contacted them via phone and internet to validate the cancellation but they did not have a record.

On 29 March I request that the service be cancelled again via phone 800 # above. I spoke with Cindy - Employee # 61063 to validate and confirm cancellation. At this point there should be no further transaction for myself or my wife Carla.

CIC was advised that Legal actions will be pursued if further withdrawals are taken from our account. Hopefully this will be that last incidence involving this issue.
