To Whom it may concern,

I bought a black and decker coffeemaker about 3 months. I use it about three times a month. I am so dissapointed with this coffeemaker. To be honest, I dont' feel its a safety feature. I literly have to hold the coffee pot til the brewing is all done. The pot sometimes slides of the burner which I do not understand why. I really don';t feel its a safety feature.

Its a series ABD100Its a 12 cup coffeemaker. The unfortunately thing about this is that it was bought at Canadian Tire and without a receipt, they don't even look at you. The coffee pot is basically new.

The only thing I can do with this is chuck it in the garbage cause I would not want to pass this on to someone else and maybe someone can really burn themselves bad with this coffee pot.

I am a very unsatisfied customer and don't think I will buy Black and Decker again
