My camera said the battery needed charging so I charged it up & when I put it back in & turned the camera on it beeped loudly & went off. I couldn't get it to turn on so I sent it with a letter to the company in it's original box from Texas the second week in January but have not heard from the company so I am trying to trace it. Please help. Purchased 12/11/04
