I concur with the messages left regarding Parkingticket.com. Here is their ploy based on MY experience.

1. You loose either way regarding their guarantee...(after all,. I am sure these people are from the parking authorities making money off us this way). If you use a credit card to pay for parkingticket.com fee, by the time you are ready to dispute the charges, its WAY beyond the 90 days that the credit card companies maximum time limit for disputes.

2. When you fax ALL the required paperwork, (they require you to send a notarized signed copy of the dismissal letter AND appeal letter, registration, ticket and god knows what else)\

3. Then they ask for MORE paperwork....and then deny the refund!!!

I would not use them ever!!!!
