I purchased this product on Oct 23, 2005 for my daughter's birthday in Nov. I received it 2 days after her birthday and sent it back UNOPENED.

Now they give you the fourteen days or was it thirty days to try it before they charge you for the product. Well on Nov 25, 2005, my credit card was charged the first installment of $ 39.99. I called them and they told me they would refund my money within 10 days. Well here we are almost 5 months later and a few dozen phone calls and NOTHING!!!

They have my money and their product. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General and was told in so many words "you are on your own, we can't help you". So who is out there to help us "little fishes" with the big corporations that rip you off.

I ordered the TruCeramicPro and after using it just a few times the red coating began to peal off on my hair. I called and was advised to return it because there were some defect irons. I returned the product as advised using the return authorization number and the company did not replace the iron. I called several times through the months without any satisfacation. I was told the new iron would be shipped out the next week; another time the iron will be shipped out the next day, etc...I have dates and names of who I spoke with. I am out of $174.95 and no iron. This was my first time ordering a product off of TV and will never, never do it again.
