Bank of America

Bank of America Bank of America March 24, 2006 My telephone number is an unlisted resident.
I have received several phone messages from Bank of America (714 792-4000). I attempted to speak with their customer service to inform them that I had no dealing with their company. The representative that I spoke with was extremely rude and began asking me for personal information. I stressed to the representative I had no dealings with Bank of America and did not believe I needed to provide my personal information to them. I simply wanted them to stop calling me. The representative became rude and hung up.
I called back to file a complaint and the representative I spoke with refused to provide me with information on how to do so.
Besides speaking directly with Bank of America, how would I file a complaint against their representatives and stop them from telephoning? We have been called several times a day, including 8 am on Saturday. I plan on filing a suit in small claims court (under the TCPA), which provides for statutory damages of $500 for each violation From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Monday, 21-Apr-08 11:41:17 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
