I have an auto loan with JP Morgan Chase. I made a payment on my loan in December 2005. I made this payment with their telephone payment center. The payment was not recorded in the system. They called me after the loan had become 30+ days past due. I have telephone records and bank records that support my claim of payment. I apoke with a "manager" that told me that he could not help me because he did not know if I was lying. I have sent certified dispute letters and faxes. They have not bothered to respond to me. I WARN ANYONE OF DEALING WITH JP MORGAN CHASE. THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER. IF YOU NEED ANSWERS FROM THEM IT BETTER BE TO MAKE A PAYMENT OR THEY'RE NOT GOING TO HAVE TIME FOR YOU!

You are 100 percent correct, I have been dealing with chase for about two years and had the same exact problem. Was due one month and had a rep call me and made payment arrangements . The next thing I know my co workers who work in the same office as me are comming up to me and telling me that some woman name "susan " has been calling and leaving numerous voicemails with them , almost harrassing them to get in contact with me. I still have the acyual voicemail that was forwared to me by one co worker. It went like this " Hello this is **** calling from chase bank Im trying to get in contact with **** , she needs to contact me because nothing in this world is free and she has not paid her car note and let her know that this is a felony and she will be prosecuted. O yea she left all of that on my co workers phone talk about a cofidential matter. This is the worst auto loan to apply for PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH them. Customer service is terrible they dont care about the consumer. The money is the main goal for them.!
