They keep you on hold for more than 20 minutes and do everything possible to discourage people from having contact on a personal level. I asked them to cancel my order for evaluation and I have been told that they cannot refund the money -$174 , although they didn't provide me any service, except to refuse to accept the certificates that I sent.
