One of the main reasons your computer is slow, is Microsoft thinks that any software you install, has to start up when the computer starts. The best thing to do for your computer is: Click on Start Click on Run Type in msconfig <enter> Go to the Startup Tab Remove everything but your Antivirus. Click ok to reboot. When the computer reboots a box will appear. "System configuration utility has changed..." Put a check mark in the box so it doesnt come up every time you re-boot. You will be amazed how fast your computer boots and shuts down. This company did nothing to improve my computer, it only aided in slowing it down, requiring constant reformatting, and sheer frustration. My next step is to put in an official complaint to the BBB and Consumer Affairs. They are a disgrace! When you want to cancel, they give you the run around and you cannot send an email because whatever they are asking, does not apply to your situation. I just want to get them off my computer and want to get rid of all contact with them. I don't remember exactly what I signed up for - but basically it was for a free trial of their software. I do not remember if I gave them any banking info.
