respected sir,

my name is devarajan i have purchased a new mobile phone[model samsung SGH-X620].in last December. i have activated GPRS in my cell phone and i do know how to operate.

when i asked to samsung engineer Mr.sridhar for demo on how to operate on PC. he said that he is not having PC and this information was given by only after i met after a long attempt. the irony is except him no body knows how to operate gprs in PC in trichy.
