DO NOT LET THEM GIVE YOU THIS MODEL, IT IS USELESS. AFTER 2 MONTHS AND TWO DVR'S AND FINALLY A THREAT OF A LAWSUIT THEY SAY I'LL GET THE OLDER R10 THAT WORKED FINE FOR AGES. TWICE I WAS TOLD THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE AND SUDDENLY THE WORD SUE CAME UP AND ONE SUDDENLY BECAME AVAILABLE. GOOGLE TIVO OR WEAKKNEES AND LINK TO A BLOG AND READ THE HORROR STORIES BEFORE TAKING POSSESION OF AN R15. YOU'RE BETTER OFF BUYING A DIFFERENT MODEL OUTRIGHT THAN TRYING THE R15 AS YOU WILL END UP WITH GREY HAIR AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE BEFORE IT'S RESOLVED. I'VE SPENT AT LEAST EIGHT HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED AND DON'T KNOW YET IF IT WILL REALLY HAPPEN. A ONCE HAPPY DIRECTTV CUSTOMER.
