this is my last email to them, sent today. "This is not an "ask for support" email. It's plain-simple hate mail. I hate Accuburst, and I curse the day I bought a 1-year account. Yesterday I tried configuring 2 add-on domains (my account had no add-on domains installed, but supports 7). It was a nightmare. So I tried chatting with Accuburst support. Oh My God... it took Jim 10 freaking minutes to spell 2 sentences (1- what is your problem, 2- there is an "add-on domain" button... INCREDIBLY HELPFUL). I couldn't stand it anymore. I'm a human being, you know, there's only so much I can take. This morning, no MySQL server on my wordpress blog (www.ambrusbetting.com). Figured it was something I did yesterday, but no... it was your blasted server that crashed. No surprise here... I'm used to a crash about once a day. My cPanel loads in a million years. My email account, in a zillion (but hey, who need email these days, with all the spam, right?) This is no way to do business. It's just a scam. The money is on the back-end... on the clients who STICK. So now, I'm just looking for another host, and someone to complain to (legal authorities, public forum, whatever. As long as I take it off my chest). Have fun playing with other people's nerves. Traian from Romania"
