OctopusTravel.com OctopusTravel.com June 29, 2006 OctopusTravel.com charged my bank card/bank account for an unauthorized charge. I have phoned, emailed and faxed numerous requests to release the funds as I do not have any travel plans. My bank will not release the funds nor place a stop payment on the charge due to it being a pending transaction.

I was told by the US Office that they could do nothing cause it is out of London. They claim they instructed the London office to contact me to resolve. No one has called me. I have received email automated messages stating they received my emails. I faxed the bank information to the US Office. I feel I should not have to incur international phone fees to contact London that they should have to contact me at their expense. I have changed my online password and closed the bank account.
