i had a problem with this company proceeding installation of a new system. one of the technicians spilled oil on my walkway. after several calls to the office i got a call back from the owner and he arranged for the oil stains to be removed. i must say that in the end i am truly satisfied. i was aggrivated for a while but overall, considering they are a large company, and sometimes little things can fall through the cracks, my complaint was rectified. my heating system works very good!!
