I called customer service because the adjustment I made through email was wrong. They said they couldn't even find my adjustment and the window of 14 days had already closed and that they can't do anything. They said I should've called in and not left it for someone to figure it out online. (that someone being a br service rep!!) It did not say on the order form that calling would be better....he talked to me like I did something wrong and accused me of not calling....and on top of that... they're like the system can't do anything for you cuz the window is closed and that I should learn from it.....WHAT????!?!!!!!!! I specifically emailed them before the window closed and I wasn't the one that made a screw up on the adjustment.............It's not like I can complain to customer service because they ARE customer service.
