I have an old phone and service plan for emergency use.

When my phone started having problems I went to the Sun Com store. They told me my phone would no longer work after Sept 1

and I would have to buy and new phone and new service plan.

When I tried to discontinue my service they want to charge me

200.00 for breaking my agreement.

When I asked what the new plans would be, nobody can tell me.

They are forcing me to buy a new phone and plan which I neither want or need. Yet its going to cost me 200.00 to leave their service which they won't be providing anymore.
