Wanted to send an update that I was finally able to reach a representative, Eric. He was able to get my order to me and even overnighted the package at no additional charge to make sure I had the almonds by my wedding. Everything arrived fresh and to my satisfaction


June 29, 2006 - Consumer Message:

On June 9th I ordered 20 lbs of almonds from After many emails I have not received a tracking number for my now late shipment. I have tried to contact them via phone and only get voicemail. SkipJack is the company that processed my credit card payment. After calling SkipJack they stated that this company has a history of not sending out orders. And actually recommended that I just call my credit card company to file for a refund. Although, they did not seem to worried about taking money for a company that they know to be shady.

I would really like to give them the benefit of the doubt but when I receive no response to my calls or emails it is hard to trust that I will ever receive my order.
