My name is Eric Itzkowitz, and I am the Marketing Manager at SpeedyPin.com Phone Cards. Email: Email User Phone: 1.877.746.6322 ext 102. On behalf of the Company, I'd like to invite SpeedyPin.com Phone Cards customers to contact me concerning unresolved issues stemming from the purchase of a prepaid phone card offered for sale on our website. We stick by our 100% Phone Card Guarantee-period! Our Guarantee reads as follows: "We want you to shop at SpeedyPin with confidence and be totally satisfied with your purchase. In the unusual event of defect or failure of phone cards sold by SpeedyPin or unsatisfactory carrier resolution, we will intervene on your behalf and promptly replace the cards(s) or lost minutes." We believe that it is important to help your audience better understand how SpeedyPin.com fits into the online prepaid phone cards industry. Education is an ongoing learning process for our customers and for us as well. As such, I will make myself available to answer pertinent posts on this thread and field ideas for improvement. What you should know about SpeedyPin.com. 1) We are not a carrier.

2) We do not own or operate our own switches.

3) We strive to work only with trustworthy carriers and vendors.

4) We grade our phone cards on a daily basis.

5) We grade our carriers and vendors on a daily basis.

6) Poor performance of a phone card, carrier or vendor constitutes removal from our program.

7) We will continue to seek opportunities to bring new phone cards to market that offer an ideal combination of rate and performance. Not all products are winners.

8) We advertise phone cards sold on our website exactly how they are presented to us by a carrier or vendor.

9) We demand from our carriers and vendors an immediate notification of rate changes, and/or changes of taxes or fees so we can update our site.

10) The Carrier is always the customer's first point of contact should a card perform in any way less than what is advertised on our website. Why? Because they own and/or manage the switch on which the PIN resides and can therefore, add money to a PIN.

11) If the carrier is unable or unwilling to satisfactorily resolve a complaint made by one of our customers, we will intervene. Customers should contact us immediately by calling 1.800.483.3805 for assistance. This is where our guarantee kicks in.

12) Regarding "non-existent" customer support, it's simply not true. We employ our own in-house customer support team and they are available by phone, email and live chat. There was, however, a period of time that some of our customers had to endure a sub-par level of customer support. A new phone system purchased mid-2005 performed horribly. Unfortunately, many important calls and voice messages were lost. In July 2006 we installed a vastly, superior new phone system and we're again able to service our customers at a level they expect and deserve. If you want to learn more about our phone cards, commitment to our customers, industry experience, or industry longevity, please visit our website.

June 29, 2006 - Consumer Message:

I bought 2 Gemini phone cards for 40 dollars. They don't work and when I call the service number on the card, it doesn't work; and when I call Speedy Pin they do not answer their phone or return calls or email.
