I've had Vontage for 5 months. One of the major dissatisfactions that I have with this service is the amount of time it takes to get a live person on the phone to help me resolve my issue. When I first signed up for this program I wasn't told that I had to keep the service for a year or I would have to pay a 39.99 dollar fee to dissenroll from your program. I no longer have DSL through my cable company, so in essence I am paying for a service I can't use and I can't even use my land line. Once I complete an additional 2 months with your company, I no longer want your service. Dissatisfied Vontage Customer.
