To Whom It May Concern,

I purchased a new computer in April after my previous one no longer would work. Apparently AOL was on it for a free trial but I forgot that it was there since I have my local cable company as my browser. I noticed an unfamiliar charge on my credit card bill and had to do much searching on the internet to find out what it was for. Since finding this out I have immediately uninstalled everything that I know of that has to do with AOL.

It seems I should have had some sort of notice like many other computer service companies do. I should not have to pay for a service I never used.
