CARMAX Chrysler Dodge dealer CARMAX Chrysler Dodge dealer June 29, 2006 I took my Dodge Intreid in for a oil or transmission leak on Monday June 26,2006 (around 8:30am) to a CARMAX Chrysler Dodge dealer. While it just needed a transmission gasket (at over $700), it took them until Friday June 30, 2006 to return my car. No special order of parts, no special circumstances (weather, power outage), just lousy service. And this is typical from Dodge dealers. At two other local dealers I received the same lousy (late) service. I even had my loose change stolen from my ash tray. I owned a Honda and Saturn, and the service difference is night and day. I would never buy their products again.
