Heritage Administration
June 29, 2006
We purchased a used Winnebago motorhome and bought the extended warranty through Heritage Administration. We had no claims on the warranty until the generator quit putting out voltage. The wires inside the generator had been cut into by the flywheel. Heritage Administration said they were denying the claim due to it being a pre-existing condition. I argued with them for 2 days on the phone. (They never would return any of my calls). I asked "How could it be pre-existing if it worked fine for more than 2 years". After more than 20 calls to them I finally told them I will hold for a rep instead of going to voice mail they finally said they will pay the claim.
