My name is Carolyn, I agreed on a contract at Radio Shack for one plan on my phone. After haveing the phones for over a month I receive a letter that I dont get that plan that I get another one because of my credit. I want the contract I agreed to at Radio Shack? If I cant get that contract I had at Radio Shack I want to cancel my plan. I like the plan I agreed not the one that was sent in the mail. If you like it can be deducted from my payroll check? Ive had the same job over 15 years. My phone numbers are (859-392-7sss) and (859-329-7sss) My land line phone is (859-854-3sss) Could you please check into this. Thank You. Carolyn
