Print Pal: On June 21, 2006 I placed the following order with you, and received order number 1918-1761-7872:

3 C-T28 Black Inkjet Cartridge for Epson T028201

2 C-T29 Color Inkjet Cartridge for Epson T029201

I received a substitute for the color cartridge OA-4E0T029 C.M.Y. The box identifies for use with Epson Stylus C60. However I've tried everything and cannot get the cartridge to work.

I would greatly appreciate receiving authorization to return both cartridges to you, and have the numbered cartridges that I originally ordered shipped. I finally punched everything to no avail.
