Dear Sirs, This is the second time i am lodging this complaint, without any response fror the first one.

I have purchased 29" (hard rock )Tv from Sayaji radio, Baroda, about eight months back, with a complimentary 5.1 DVD player. The DVD player wont respond in the surround right/left center and sub woofer output. THE TV WITH IN MONTHS TIME STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS. THE PICTURE WOUL SUDDENLY BLINK AND THEN ROLL UP WITH A WHITE FLARING LINE LEAVING ALMOST HALF THE SCREEN BLACK. THIS WOULD HAPPEN AFTER KEEPING THE TV ON FOR SOME 2-3 HOURS AT THE BEGANING, AND NOW ALMOST WITHIN HALF AN HOUR.AFTER EXPLAINING MORE THAN FIVE TIMES TO THE TECHNICIANS OF YOUR SERVICE CENTRE HE COULD NOT DTETECT THE FAULT AND ASKED US TO SHOW THE PROBLEM AS IT HAPPENS. WHICH WE DID. HE THEN OPENED THE TV AND TOOK THE CIRCUITFOR RECTIFICATION. AFTER 3 DAYS RETURNED AND FITTED IT BACK WITH THE PROBLEM AS IT IS.AND AS HE SWITCHE ON THE TV ONCE AGAIN IT SPARKED AND SOME COMPONET SEEMED TO BURN. WE WERE ASKED TO TAKE THE COMPLETE TV UNIT TO THE SEVICE STATION,WHICH WAS DONE. WE WERE TOLD LATER IT WAS REPAIRED AND WE BROUGHT IT BACK 0N 28.JUNE 06. THE TV IN HALF AN HOUR BEGAN TO GIVE THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN AND MORE ACUTELY THAN BEFORE !!! YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE A SERIOUR NOTE OF THIS AND REPLACE THE ENTIRE FAULTY CIRCUIT RATHER THAN TRY RECTIFY A FAULTY UNREPAIRABLE ONE. I AM EXPECTING AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FROM YOU.
