Sub: FREQUENT REPAIR OF MY BSNL TELEPHONE.

From the past four years my Telephone line gets dead very often. Each and every time when it gets out of order. I complaint through Automatic Complaint Registration Facility (26551191). If I complaint through Telephone Exchange Complaint Nos.26551000, 26552000 & 26555000 they DO NOT RESPOND PROPERLY. It has become a regular incident that our phone line gets dead once in every 6 weeks.

I have even complained in person at the nearest Telephone exchange at N.M. Road, Avadi. Even then they don’t give connection soon. They take their own time to clear the problem.

One of the BSNL Employee who came to my home said that “If you don’t like to have this problem again you THROW BSNL and get TATA Indicom connection, so you don’t get cable problems”. I am a customer of BSNL since 7 Years. Who is he advice me to change to private Telephones? These sort of workers spoils BSNL name and Quality of work.

I request you to take necessary action on my complaint at your earliest please.
