I ordered black ink cartridges for my Epson stylus 760 printer from Printergear. They sent me 2 for the wrong printer namely for the 740 model. After 10days and five e-mails I have had no response to my request to have them replaced not even an acknowledgement from either their sales or order depts. The do not care whether they satisfy their customers and will not reply to complaints. Well that's the last time I deal with Printergear they are not to be trusted. so don't be fooled by their adverts just don't use them, try PrinterInks a thoroughly professional business and cheaper! Forget the cowboys use the trusted ones every time.
