TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;

I have purchased a True Ceramic Pro from this company and unfortunately after about three months the hot iron had melted and it stock to the base, i thought that this thing is durable because it is so expensive,there are so many products in the store that are almost the same in the store, but because of their advertisement on TV, that they are claiming this product is so durable,that it was worth the price. They are so full of it, right now, I really don't trust this mail order thing, because in the end its always us the consumer who lost at the end of the bargain. I really don't know what to do with this item, I wish that they would replace it or refund my money back, since I could no longer use it. I have purchased this product for my daughter, and she was very dissappointed. Please help me with this problem, since I really don't have so much time trying to follow up with these matter since I have diagnosed with breast cancer, between my chemo theraphy and radiation i could not deal with the stress anymore.
