I purchased print shop deluxe abut 6 months ago. My computer had problems wit it's hard drive. Once this was fixed I attempted to install print shop deluxe version 20. I encountered problems. Upon contacting Broderbund, I discovered they only offer live support for their products for a limited amount of time. They have pages on their web-site to help with problems. ( I couldn't find my specific problem on their pages) When I called to complain the man who handled my call was argumentative. He informed me that the company creates so many products they can only offer support for a limited time. It seems to me that they only stand by their products for limited time. When they have a new product to sell you they have support I advise everyone to stay away from these products because by the time you need help they are no longer offering it.
