I have been trying to get my account canceled and the equipment returned for more than a week now, and I cannot get an authorization number via email or telephone service. I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone, and then they just keep giving me tecnical support's number, even though I am asking them to cancel and give me an authorization code to return the equipment. I feel they are trying to push us all past the 30 day mark so that we have to give them a disconnect fee, but I refuse. PLEASE HELP US DO SOMETHING!!!! --
