Sprint account # 2101ssss Cells number 763-238-3sss and 763-238-3sss To whom it may concern; I would like to log a complaint against Sprint in reference to my Nextel phone service.

Over the past 2 years I have been waiting for my 2 year contract to expire, it should expire around 9-2006 or 10-2006. Well on 6-17-2006 I received a bill that stated my second phone went over the minutes and I was charged an additional 103.20 on my bill. So my bill was 252.09 and that is outrageous. Well they cannot tell me why I am over my minutes only that I am. To make matters worse I was told my contract end 10-2008. I was informed for the first time today that anytime you make a change to your phone service your contract time will them is automatically extended to 2 years on the date when you called them. This is unacceptable to me. If I call and make a change like my phone numbers because I kept getting crank phone calls, name change from a divorce, or because my phone broke, this happened 2 times. I should be told that my contract is being extended and I was not informed of this at anytime. Besides that Nextel/Sprint gave me an upgraded phone for free due to my phone kept having technical issues and did not work. Now they tell me I purchased the phone instead of receiving it for free and that I have to stay with them until 10-2008. Well I say no way because I did not purchase the phone you gave it to me as a replacement of the 2 phones that broke on me several months apart from each other. I want out of this contract as my time is up in 9-2006 or 10-2006. The phone does not work in the states I need it to work in and I have paid my 2 year dues. I have suffered enough and have spent more then an hour on hold or arguing with them on 4 different occasions. I see now how they force clients to stay with them and I refuse to take this lying down. If an attorney is interested in this or would like to do a class action suite I will willing to join. Sincerely, Deborah
