We wanted to make sure that the shield looked like the one shown on their website. The salesperson put us on hold and was supposed to verify that the shield they had did, in fact, look like the picture on their website. When the sales person returned to the phone, we were assured that it was just like the one on the web, so we placed the order. When the shield arrived, it was NOT like the one pictured on the website. No only that, the craftsmanship was very poor. The emblems were loose and it was just not done very well. Needless to say, we were upset. The sales representative assured us that it was like the one listed on the web but it was not. Customer service just didn’t seem to care, but offered to send us a return UPS form so we could return the item. When I tried to use my credit card a few days later, I could not because this company still had a hold on my account. They had two different dates for the same item so it appeared that they had charged me twice for the same item. Not only that, I was told that I would not get a refund on the returned item until Friday, “because their bookkeeper only comes in on Fridays and the hold would probably come off in a couple of days”. I would have to wait 6 more days to get a refund. I called my credit card company to get the “hold” removed. Customer service was anything but cordial. The lady was unfriendly, unapologetic, rude and just didn’t care. There was “nothing she could do” because it was all handled through the bookkeeping department. Mr. & Mrs. Franklin
