Dear Sir,

My telephone No 26144ssssunder the Vasant Vihar Exchange, New Delhi has been having problems with the STD facility. There are no problems in dialling and receiving local calls or with receiving STD/ISD calls. However, out going STD calls have been barred due to reasons not known. Telephone nos given to me by MTNL enquiry are not being attended to I have not been able to lodge a formal complaint. May I request expeditious assistance in the rectification of the fault.
