We have a Hampton Bay Ceiling fan and two weeks ago during the night while the fan was operating, one of the blades flew off and hit the wall. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but it has been impossible to get replacement parts at Home Depot where the fan was purchased and also impossible to contact the company. The phone wait was very lengthy and then we were cut off. After five calls, we left a voice mail message and have not received any response. It is imperative that we talk to some one regarding this mishap. Any advice on how to continue with our search for help with the fan would be appreciated.
