pogo - no return of loss password

My screen name is baby423444 for over 2 years and went to pogo sign in sheet got the screen name right but was told the password was wrong requested the password 2 or 3 times. I was told the password was sent to my e-mail but never got there. now i am told to wait for 12 hours to get the password from them
