Importance: High Hi, This is to bring to your attention that no one from Tata Indicom is reverting on my complaints for last 15 days. The complaint numbers are 42961051 and 43609339. Inspite of repeated calls and assurance everytime that someone will call me within 24 hours and resolve the complaint, I am pained to say that no one has ever responded to my queries. I had applied for Surf 1500 and I got a connection for Surf 500. When I complained last month I was given additional Surf 500 and was told that next month again I would get another surf 500. I have been making repeated calls and no one listens. Also, for every call I have to wait for atleast 8-15 minutes to speak to someone. Yesterday I asked the person that I would like to speak to someone senior on which he told me to wait and then after some time disconnected the phone. To dial again and wait 8-10 minutes is a pain in itself. This is one of the most pathetic services I have ever got in my life from any organization. If I do not hear from Tata Indicom with next 24 hours, I would be going to the CONSUMER COURT and also to various press/media. Ravi
