I Ernest Einholz in july of 1999 purcased from the above mentioned a new Harley Davidson motorcycle. The salesman ,George highly suggested that I puchace the Harley Davidson Extended Warranty. I carefully considered this. Knowing that the twin cam 1450cc was a new motor for 1999 and I had

heard that there were multiple problems with the engine i though it was not a bad idea . Although, 1334.00 dollars was quite a lot of money for this.

George assured me that if the warranty never had to be used i would get back all of the money.In fact, there is even a contract to back this up.

Seven years later when i try to get the money back from the seven year sevice plan. I am told there is nothing anyone could do. The dealer that sold me this plan never filed all of the paperwork with the warranty company. This means the dealer must have just pocketed the 1334.00 dollars.

The dealer was recently sold and the new ownership could care less. I guess this sounds like a no win situation.I do know that i will let everone know what a rip-off this was.
