Business Location: 3138 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD 20603 COMPLAINT: This Cleaners absolutely destroyed my baby blue statin dress by marring it with obvious smudges. The dress was only 5 weeks old and had been worn 2 times for about 2 hours each time. The dress was in EXCELLENT condition when it was taken to the cleaners to be dry cleaned. Now I am unable to even wear the dress AGAIN because of the damage done to it by this cleaners. The owner, Joe refused to give me his complete name. He stated that he was unable to tell if the damage was done in his cleaners which is pathetic. Why would the cleaners even attempt to clean a dress IF it was damaged without notifying the customer. The owner stated that his liability is capped at $18.90. That was an insult since I paid $65 for the dress. There is no way that I would consider accepting $18.90 in payment for Dry Clean Depot's shoddy work. I hope other people will read this complaint and realize that this Dry Clean Depot does shoddy work and stay away.
