MCI MCI July 14, 2006 I wish to register a complaint regarding MCI for shoddy service, failure to follow through on an order, loss of phone access because of failure to transfer my service within their TEN to FIFTEEN day allotment, which in itself it absurd (I moved two blocks away), for their refusal to correct the address in their system, for causing me to lose a serious amount of income (I'm a writer and work at home), and for the simple fact that no one in customer service is in the United States.
