Chase Mortgage Chase Mortgage July 14, 2006 I have a mortgage with Chase. I usually pay online.In June, I made my paymenton the 15th. Their instructions say it will pay next day. On the 19th, I saw that the payment had not gne thrugh. I called Chase aqnd was told to put it through again. I was als charged a late fee and to mail the on line confirmation. I never had the late charge removbed. In addition, the online system attempted to access my account three times and and was charge nsf fees as the original payment had gone through on 6/21. I have spoken to Chase many times. I have faxed them copies of my bank statement. Today was the worst, I was on the phone for 1 hour. I was connected to an operator who could nt help me. I orked with a supervisor who called all ver Chase t ascertain who was respnsible. I spoke to India and was told that they never make mistakes and could not help. Nobody at Chase would take any responibility. I am sending this letter to Dimon the CEO of Chase.I will keep you informed.
