The Business name is ::CentralFinancialControl* P.O Box 66044....Anaheim Ca. 92816-6044........ .Its a collection agency*This is my situation*..................I had Hip replacement surgery two years ago at a Hospital here in west palm beach*At Good Samaritan Hospital* The Co -pay was over $2500....after the insurance company paid their share* I did not have the money to pay it in full*So I started making payments monthly* $25.00 a month...I was not allowed to work for 4 months per the doctors orders in compliance with this type of surgery*So I was let go from my Job* I mainained the same $25.00 a month payment* The Hospital insisted I pay in full or they were turning me over to a collection agency* And they did*Now I have a bad credit rating*I have paid faihfully every month $25.00 and some times more* I am 65 years old* on SSI My income is 630 a month* I am also collecting Medicare and food stamps* I barely have enough to eat* And I have made this payment monthly faithfully* Have all the canceled checks to prove it*I am now trying to refinance my home to get the line of credit I have paid* So I can have an extra 100 a month for bills* I found out from my Mortgage Broker that this will prevent me from getting that loan* I attempted to call and speak with someone at the collection agency*I got a woman*She Refused to allow me to speak*Every attempt she would tell me she is putting me on hold*When she came back each time*She talked* When I attempted to talk* Again she would put the music on and me on hold*I could not get a word in* I attempted to talk*Again she did same*Also my Bill has gone down 100 dollars in two years*Her answer to that was its all interest *That I HAVE TO PAY the full amount*Then we CAN discuss the Removal of my name from the credit agency list on my credit report*I can not do that* I have not got that kind of money*Please help*
