We recently came off of our extended warranty and took the car in for service. There was a leak on the passenger side filling up that side of the car with water.

We have had an issue before with Saturn and a leak from the Sunroof filling up the trunk.

In both cases the dealership tried to make the problem ours. We found out about the sunroof leak thru the local carwash who told us it was a ongoing issue with this model car.

Eventually by calling Saturn Customer Service we forced the dealership to fix the trunk/sunroof issue and replace the carpeting. However with the newest leak, Saturn refuse to check for leaks and

repair them even if we offer to pay. This has lead to some harsh words on both sides. Saturn corporate will do nothing. The dealership will do nothing to fix their own car.

How many others have experienced this problem. Regards
