State Shuttle in New Jersey

July 14, 2006 After an erroneous booked reservation, State Shuttle in New Jersey charged me for a service I never took. Understanding it was my mistake to a certain degree, I tried talking to the supervisor after being told she would help me. Well, the supervisor turned out to be rude and unhelpful. She was mean, unprofessional, and careless of her customers. I had used State Shuttle in the past, but after that incident, there is no way I am ever using their service again. And I will recommend to anyone traveling to New Jersey not to use State Shuttle because if there are any mistakes to your billing, they will fight you with bear claws. They care more about themselves then serving their customers with quality service.
